Our Technical Support department cannot field "user questions" regarding how to use the product. Sanction includes highly comprehensive help files, user manuals and tutorials, and our Web site is constantly updated to reflect any issues or frequently asked questions regarding the products. In addition we also provide training both on and offsite for a nominal fee.

Known Issues with Windows 2003 Server
This is a known issue with InstallShield when dealing with Terminal Services. There are a few work-arounds that people have found that work correctly for them.
- Rename your compressed setup to setup.exe
- Run the installation from Add/Remove Programs (ie choose to add a program and then select the compressed .exe)
- The root of the problem actually comes from our engine evaluating the Windows Directory incorrectly. We then attempt to find the Fonts folder and it is "missing." To solve this you can manually add the folder where our engine expects to find it. Therefore adding a folder at: Documents and Settings\CurrentUser\Windows\Fonts (where CurrentUser is the User Name of the logged in User) will allow your install to succeed.
PDF plug-in install gets run as normal.
