With your permission and our Live Support, our reps can see what you're seeing. You may also grant them permission to take the wheel to quickly solve your support issue.

Here's how it works

  1. You must first call our Support line (480.627.2435) to speak with a rep.
  2. You will obtain a code to complete the form v.
  3. You will leave our site and be instructed to download a small plug-in.
  4. You may grant permission for our reps to view and share control of your computer.
