Attendees of our Introduction to Sanction/Optimizing Use of Technology in the Courtroom course can submit attendance documentation and course materials to the Arizona State CLE Board for consideration as an approved activity.
California
The Introduction to Sanction/Optimizing Use of Technology in the Courtroom course has been approved by the California State CLE Board for 3.75 credit hours.
Florida
The Florida State CLE Board has approved the Introduction and Intermediate courses for 6.0 credit hours, respectively.
Kansas
The Introduction to Sanction/Optimizing Use of Technology in the Courtroom course has been approved by the Kansas CLE Commission for 7.5 general hours. The Intermediate course has been approved for 7.5 general hours.
Louisiana
The Introduction to Sanction/Optimizing Use of Technology in the Courtroom course has been approved by the Louisiana State Bar Association MCLE Committee for 3.91 credit hours.
Missouri
The Introduction to Sanction/Optimizing Use of Technology in the Courtroom as well as the Sanction Intermediate Training course have been approved by the Missouri Board for 7 credit hours each.
Nevada
The Introduction to Sanction/Optimizing Use of Technology in the Courtroom course has been approved by the Nevada Board of Continuing Legal Education for 6.0 credit hours.
Oklahoma
This course has been approved by the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission of Oklahoma for a maximum of 7.0 credit hours, of which 0.0 hours are credits covering professional responsibility, legal ethics, or legal malpractice prevention.
Texas
The Texas State CLE Board has approved the Introduction and Intermediate courses for 5.0 credit hours, respectively under the area of "Law Office Management."
Utah
The Introduction to Sanction/Optimizing Use of Technology in the Courtroom and Intermediate Sanction Training courses have been approved by the Utah State Board of Continuing Education for 5.5 credit hours.
Wyoming
The Introduction to Sanction/Optimizing Use of Technology in the Courtroom and Intermediate Sanction Training courses have been approved by the Wyoming Board for 6 credit hours.
NALA
The Introduction to Sanction/Optimizing Use of Technology in the Courtroom course has been approved by the National Association of Legal Assistants CLE Board for 6 credit hours.
