The Introduced By dropdown tracks the name of the person or party that introduced the document. To enter the name of the person or party, enter the name in the drop down combo box, or if the name has already been added, select it from the combo.
The entry is automatically saved as you change documents.
When you add an entry for the first time, the name is automatically added to the Introduced By combo box.
