Search By

Use the By Field option to choose the field to search. By default, Sanction II uses the item ID, but you may search through any of the valid fields.

The Date Added and User Name searches are useful when trying to locate an item you have forgotten the name of or possibly named incorrectly. Sanction II will check the database for items added on a specific date, or added by a specific user.

Note – if the user is not logged on to a network, the User Name is based on the name of the PC where the item was added.
