Sanction II comes with a complete set of Image Annotation tools for marking up on screen images.
To use an Annotation tool, right click on the image and select a tool from the pop up menus. Use the mouse to draw the annotation by holding down the left mouse button while drawing with the selected tool. Release the mouse button when you are done drawing.
To delete an annotation, switch to the Select Annotation option from the right click pop up menu and draw a rectangle around the annotation(s) you wish to delete. When the annotation(s) is highlighted by small boxes, hit the DELETE key. You may delete ALL annotations on a page by hitting CTRL-DELETE hot key combination. You may also use the Auto-Delete feature by hitting the F5 function key.
To change tool attributes, select the Image Tab from the Settings option.
