Package Files

Sanction II Package files are probably one of the most powerful new features in the product. Package files allow you to create small "packages" of images, which can be instantly added to another Sanction case database just by dragging and dropping.

When you include a Package file during an Export, Sanction II will locate each of the images in the export and compress them into a cabinet type file along with the export load file.

The package file is given an .scl extension (Sanction II Cabinet Load).

An Package file can be dragged and dropped onto any Sanction II case database main case icon and the items within the package are automatically decompressed and copied to the CaseItems subdirectory using Group/ID naming and added to the case database.
