Use Coding Fields Option

If you wish to import external data into the Coding fields, you must select this option. This selection adds all of the available Coding fields to the Sanction II Destination Field list.

The import data file must contain a field corresponding to the Sanction II ID field to successfully import data.

If you de-select this option, the Destination Field list contains the Standard Sanction II database fields.

Important – The Exhibit #, Trial Exhibit# and Description fields are stored in the Standard database fields, NOT the Coding fields. If you have an import file which contains these fields, as well as coding information fields, you must run the Field import twice – once using the Standard fields, and once using the Use Coding Fields option.
