Adding Items to the Presentation Folder

 

To add items to a Presentation Folder, select the item(s) from the List View, drag them over to the Presentation Folder in the Tree View and drop.

 

You may also select a range of items, right click and choose Add to Presentation from the pop up menu.

 

Items added to a Presentation Folder maintain the order they were added in. To re-order an item, drag it from its current location and drop it on top of the item you wish it to appear before or after. Items dragged from the bottom of the list up will be placed before the item they are dropped on. Items dragged from the top down, will be placed after the item dropped on.

 

Unlike the Temp Items folder, you may add an item to the Presentation Folder more than once.

 

If items have been added to the Presentation Folder, when you enter Presentation Mode, each item will be available in the drop down combo box in the order they appear. The Forward and Back buttons can also be used to cycle through the items in order.
