When you are using the transcript search tab to create text or media clips from selected ranges, you may wish to immediately display the selected range in Presentation Mode.
While this strongly discouraged (there is too much potential for displaying something you did not mean to), this capability is provided by the right click options Show Media Clip in Presentation and Show Text Clip in Presentation.
Selecting one of these options automatically creates the media or text clip, adds it to the case and then displays the item in the Presentation main screen.
Warning – use these features at your own risk! It is strongly recommended that you ALWAYS preview media segments or text clips before displaying them in a courtroom environment.
