If you wish to clear all the items from a Presentation Folder, right click on the folder from the Tree View and choose Clear Presentation.
Clearing the Presentation is the same as selecting all items and choosing Remove Item.
Clearing items from a Presentation Folder has no affect on the main case item - the item remains in the database.
