The items in the Presentation folder will appear in the combo box in the same order they appear in the folder. Select any item in the combo box to display it in the currently active panel.
Any item in current case can also be loaded into the Presentation Panels by typing the ID in the combo box. Just type in the ID and hit the ENTER key. You may also reset the Search By option to Exhibit #, Trial Exhibit # or Description by changing the Presentation Search By option.
If an item is located by a search, it will be added as the last item in the Combo list and also to the Presentation folder. You must re-select an item in the list if you wish to maintain the Presentation order using the Forward and Back controls.
You may control whether an item is added to the Presentation (and where) by changing the Presentation Settings from the main screen Tools menu.
