Changing the Size of the Video Playback Window

When playing media clips in Presentation Mode, there are four window size choices to choose from in the Full panel mode:

Original Size – typically 352 x 240

Double Size – double the original size

Full Screen – proportional window less the toolbar area

Full Screen w/captions– proportional window less the toolbar area, captions appear below the window

To change the media playback screen size:

1.    Load a media clip in the Presentation Mode Full Panel

2.    Right click on the media clip window and click on Screen Size popup menu choice

3.    Make the appropriate selection

Note – the screen size setting only affects the full panel view. Keep in mind that this is a global setting, and if you have media files of different original dimensions, or are using synchronized exhibits, you may wish to leave the setting at the default (Double Size).

Full Screen Multi-Line Captioning

If you wish to view multiple lines in Full Screen Mode, you may toggle between single line (displayed at bottom of screen) and three line captions by typing "MULTICAPTION". You must reload any clips in order for the change to take effect.

IMPORTANT – the screen size option is only available when a media clip is loaded into the Full Panel view. The menu choice does NOT appear in the popup list if the current Presentation View is Left/Right or Top/Bottom!
