The Print What options determine the type of print output for the selected items.
In Sanction II, you may print images, case information, or barcodes by selecting the appropriate option.
To print an image, select the Images option button.
To print a report of case information items, select the Report option button and place a check next to any item field you wish printed.
To print barcodes of selected items, select the Barcode option button. When printing Barcodes you also have the option to select the barcode type, the label type and one of three identification fields, the ID the Exhibit Number or the Trial Exhibit Number.
An additional Barcode Print feature is the Presentation Pane barcodes option. Choose this option to print Presentation command barcodes. The command barcodes can be used to position and rotate on screen items.
Note - When using barcodes, it is a good idea to use a page naming sequence which is less than 12 characters otherwise your barcodes may be illegible.
