Sanction II case databases are broken down into five Category folders for item display and storage.

By default, when you add items to your case by dragging and dropping, the file extension determines which folder you can add to.

The extensions used are as follows:

$image\ebx_-1762435324.gif$ Images - .bmp, .pcx, & .jpg files

$image\ebx_1536166028.gif$ Videos - .mpg, .avi, .mov, .wav

$image\ebx_377515579.gif$ Transcripts - .txt, .v1, .mdb

$image\ebx_-963348833.gif$ Other Exhibits – user created files

If you wish to drop an item into a different category (.tif to Images or .jpg to Documents) use the Import feature with ASCII text load file instead of dragging and dropping.
