ID

IDs are the unique names assigned to each item in the Sanction II case database. IDs roughly correspond with the concept of document page IDs.

All Sanction II Group items require a unique ID which can be up to 250 characters long.

Notes

Since Sanction II utilizes SQL searches, avoid the "|" (pipe) character in your naming.

Note, if you plan on using barcodes to access items, it is a good idea to use an ID naming sequence which is less than 12 characters otherwise your barcodes may be illegible.
