If you wish to remove a case item completely, use the Delete feature. Items deleted from a case are PERMANENTLY removed and cannot be accessed again without adding the item back into the case. All references in the Temp Items and Presentation Folders are removed, as well as any User Folder references.
If you are deleting a large range of pages, clear the Temp Items and Presentation Folders first to speed the process.
To delete case items:
1. Select the items you wish to delete and hit the Delete key on your keyboard.
You may also right click and choose Delete from the popup menu.
To delete an entire group:
1. Click on the Tree View Category for the Group item you wish to delete.
2. Right click on the Group from the List View and choose Delete.
Note - deleting all pages from a Group will also remove the Group.
