The Presentation Folders are a repository for items you wish to present in court each day. Like the Temp Folder, the Presentation items are just shortcuts to the actual data items. However, unlike the Temp Items folder, items in the Presentation Folders can be arranged in specific order and can be added more than once.
To place an item in the Presentation Folder, drag it from the List View window or right click on the item(s) and select the Presentation from the Add to Presentation popup men choices. To rearrange items, drag them from the Presentation Folder to the position after the item you would like it to appear.
