If you have added other program files to your case, such as Word or Excel documents, clicking on these files will display them in the browser window.
If you wish to view the files in the native application, select the Use Source Application option. You should disable the Auto Launch option when you use source Applications, otherwise if Single Click Access is turned on, the application window will launch every time you click on an item.
