Sanction II now has the capability to directly export and convert existing Bullet lists and Timelines into CaseSoftÓ TimeMapÓ files.
To export a Bullet List or Timeline:
1. Load the selected list into the Exhibit Studio.
2. From the File menu, select Export to TimeMap.
3. To create a new TimeMap file, select As New File. To add to an existing file choose Existing File.
TimeMap will then launch, and the timeline file will automatically be created.
Tip – To add the appropriate date or time for correct recognition by TimeMap, insert the date or time at the front of each bullet and enclose it in brackets "[]".
Sanction II Bullet Sample:

Bullets or Timeline items using the above format will generate the appropriate entries in TimeMap automatically. If no date is entered, TimeMap will insert the current date.
